1. Distributor Catalog Promo Pricing Feature Effortlessly manage pricing updates with our enhanced Storesite functionality. The system prevents users from converting quotes to orders if an item has expired pricing, allowing you to update or delete the item.
2. Streamlined Order Management Enjoy a more comprehensive view of order details with our enhanced Order Details Complete page. The improved Qty column displays quantities on order and quantities invoiced, making it easier to track invoicing progress.
3. Improved System-Generated Notes We’ve added new system-generated notes for orders, providing detailed insights into any changes made to the order and line items.
4. Enhanced CRM Functionality Assigning a Sales Rep to a lead is now easier than ever with the ability to assign a Sales Rep when creating a new Lead/Opp. Additionally, the Account/Company Details page now includes Var Cloud file cabinet integration, allowing you to conveniently store important documents for each company.
5. Government Contracts Made Easier For SEWP contracts, we have introduced an Email Parser to streamline your setup process. Plus, enhanced import logic now accepts different abbreviations for CLIN Type & EPEAT data types. Enjoy added bundling ability for CIOCS & Standard type contracts.
6. Inventory Management Improvements Manage your inventory effortlessly with new features. You can now view and copy serial numbers when receiving/adding items from an inventory order to a warehouse. The Edit Inventory page has been updated with more intuitive features, making it easier to use.
7. Streamlined Operations and Security Experience improved efficiency with various enhancements. Our Global Settings now allow headers and subtotals on quotes to carry over to orders. Security Profiles have a simplified Activate/Deactivate Accounts option. Explore the enhanced User Activity page and filter options in the Operations – Invoice Aging Report.
8. Bug Fixes We’ve addressed several issues, including serial number display in RMA creation, quote/order visibility in external CRM integrations, and HTML display in ASN emails.
